What is cucsEquipmentFexConfigState?
This reports how successfully UCS Manager's configuration has actually been applied to the FEX, for example whether it's fully configured, still applying, or failed to apply. An admin checks it after making a configuration change to confirm the FEX actually picked it up rather than assuming success just because the change was submitted. A value stuck at failed-to-apply after a firmware or port-profile change means the FEX needs attention before it will match the intended configuration.
