What is cucsEquipmentFanStatsThresholded?
This bitmask/enum records which configured speed thresholds (such as lower critical or lower non-recoverable) the fan's current reading has crossed. An admin uses it to know whether a slow fan is merely below its normal operating band or already low enough to be a real cooling risk for the blades behind it. A value of lowerNonRecoverable on a single fan means UCS Manager considers that fan effectively failed, even if the chassis's remaining fans are compensating.
