What is cucsEquipmentFanPresence?
This reports whether this fan is physically present in its slot, per its presence property. This is the field an admin checks first when a fan slot shows no health data at all — a presence of 'missing' explains the lack of readings, as opposed to a present-but-failed fan which would still report other health fields. presence reading 'missing' on fan slot 3, alongside no data for its operState, confirms a fan was actually pulled from that slot rather than having failed in place.
