What is cucsEquipmentFanModuleStatsHistMostRecent?
This TruthValue flags whether this particular row is the newest entry in the fan module's rolling stats history buffer. It gives an admin a quick way to fetch just the latest historical sample -- true on exactly one row per fan module -- without having to compare timestamps or ids across the whole history table. When this flips to true on a new history id for a fan module, it also implicitly means the previous row is no longer the current one.
