What is cucsEquipmentFanModuleStatsFanModuleI2CErrors?

This counter tracks the number of I2C bus communication errors encountered while the chassis management controller polls the fan module's onboard controller for speed and status. Because fan modules report over an internal I2C bus rather than a network link, a rising count here points specifically at a backplane connector, seating, or fan-module-controller problem rather than a network or cabling issue. An admin who sees this error count climbing from, say, 12 to 340 over a day on a fan module should suspect that module needs to be reseated or replaced even if its reported RPM still looks fine.
