Description: Cisco UCS equipment:FanModuleStats:ambientTemp managed object property

What is cucsEquipmentFanModuleStatsAmbientTemp?

This reports the current ambient air temperature measured near this specific fan module, per the FanModuleStats ambientTemp property. This is the reading an admin watches to catch a localized hot spot inside a chassis before it becomes severe, since different fan modules in the same chassis can report meaningfully different ambient readings depending on nearby blade load. An ambientTemp of 42C at one fan module while a neighboring module in the same chassis reads 28C is the concrete evidence of uneven airflow or a nearby heat source worth investigating.
