This is the rn of the ChassisStats object, the fixed short label 'stats' identifying this telemetry record under its parent chassis in the tree. Since every chassis exposes exactly one stats child object, the rn's main use is confirming during an SNMP walk that a given row is the chassis-level stats record and not, say, a per-PSU or per-fan stats record nested elsewhere. Expect rn to read literally 'stats' for every chassis in the domain; a walk returning something else at this position signals you've drifted into a different object type.
