What is cucsEquipmentChassisStatsHistSuspect?

This flags whether this particular archived stats sample was marked unreliable at the time it was collected, per the ChassisStatsHist suspect property. Because this flag is preserved with the historical record, it lets an admin correctly discount a specific past power reading during post-incident analysis instead of mistakenly treating a sensor glitch as a real event. A ChassisStatsHist entry with suspect true right at chassis boot time explains why that one archived power sample looks like an outlier compared to neighboring intervals.
