What is cucsEquipmentChassisServiceState?
This reports whether this chassis is currently in a normal service state or in a special maintenance/decommission state. This is the field that determines whether UCS Manager will allow disruptive actions on the chassis without extra confirmation -- for instance a chassis marked for decommission behaves very differently to routine polling than one in normal service. A value of 'in-service' is normal; 'decommissioned' would mean the chassis has been administratively removed from active use.
