What is cucsEquipmentChassisProfilePropAcl?

This is an internal bitmask UCS Manager uses to track which individual properties of the UCS chassis profile -- the reusable policy bundle (firmware, maintenance, disk-zoning, and connectivity policies) that gets associated with a physical chassis have pending access-control or replication metadata. This bitmask is consumed internally by UCS Manager's own object-replication logic (for example when propagating changes to a standby fabric interconnect) rather than being something an admin reads directly during day-to-day troubleshooting. The raw value is a large integer such as '35184372088832' whose individual bits correspond to specific property slots.
