What is cucsEquipmentChassisProfileOwner?

This identifies who or what created and owns the UCS chassis profile -- the reusable policy bundle (firmware, maintenance, disk-zoning, and connectivity policies) that gets associated with a physical chassis -- for example a local administrator versus a policy engine or UCS Central. This ownership field tells an admin whether they are allowed to edit this chassis profile directly in this UCS Manager domain or whether it is centrally managed and must be changed from UCS Central instead. A value of 'local' means the profile is owned and editable within this domain.
