What is cucsEquipmentChassisProfileFsmStatus?

This reports the current status of the finite-state-machine workflow tracking this chassis profile's association or reconfiguration. This is the field that flips from 'in-progress' to a terminal state as a profile association completes, and it is the first thing an admin checks when a chassis profile appears to be stuck applying. A value of 'nop' means no workflow is currently running for this profile; 'in-progress' would mean an association or config change is underway.
