What is cucsEquipmentChassisProfileAssignState?

This reports whether this chassis profile is currently assigned to a physical chassis, unassigned, or in the process of being assigned. An admin managing a pool of chassis profiles filters on this field to find unassigned profiles ready to bind to newly racked hardware, without having to check each profile's chassisDn individually. A value of 'assigned' means this profile is currently bound to a physical chassis; 'unassigned' would mean it exists but isn't in use.
