What is cucsEquipmentChassisPower?
This reports the power operational state of this chassis -- whether it is fully powered, in a low-power state, or experiencing a power problem. This is the field a facilities-integration monitor watches to correlate a chassis power event with a PDU or UPS event elsewhere in the data center, since it reflects the chassis's own view of its power health. A value of 'on' means the chassis is normally powered; 'redundancy-failed' would mean it has lost PSU redundancy.
