Description: Cisco UCS equipment:Chassis:operability managed object property

What is cucsEquipmentChassisOperability?

This reports whether this chassis is currently operable, inoperable, or in some intermediate diagnostic state, independent of power or discovery status. This is checked before UCS Manager will allow certain operations (such as issuing a firmware update) against the chassis, so an 'inoperable' value here is often the direct explanation for why an otherwise-online chassis rejects a maintenance action. A value of 'operable' clears the chassis for normal operations; 'degraded' would restrict some of them.
