What is cucsEquipmentChassisOperQualifier?
This provides additional detail qualifying this chassis's operState -- essentially explaining why the operational state is what it is, when it is not simply 'operable'. When a chassis shows a degraded operState, this qualifier is what actually names the underlying issue (for example a specific missing FRU) so the admin does not have to guess what is dragging the state down. A value of 'psu-redundancy-failed' would explain a degraded chassis operState in terms an admin can act on directly.
