Description: Cisco UCS equipment:ChassisFsm:rmtErrCode managed object property
What is cucsEquipmentChassisFsmRmtErrCode?
This holds the numeric error code returned by a remote endpoint (such as an IOM or fabric interconnect) the last time a step of the finite-state-machine (FSM) record UCS Manager maintains while it carries out a multi-step operation -- such as discovery, firmware acknowledgment, or decommission -- against a specific chassis contacted it and failed. When a chassis-related FSM stalls, this remote error code is the field an admin pastes into a TAC case or an internal error-code lookup to identify exactly what the remote hardware complained about, rather than just knowing 'it failed'. A value of '0' means no remote error was recorded; a nonzero code such as '1013' would map to a specific documented failure condition.
