What is cucsEquipmentChassisFsmProgress?

This is a percentage value showing how far the multi-step operation tracked by the finite-state-machine (FSM) record UCS Manager maintains while it carries out a multi-step operation -- such as discovery, firmware acknowledgment, or decommission -- against a specific chassis has progressed. This progress percentage is what a dashboard would poll repeatedly to show a moving progress bar for a long-running chassis or profile operation, and a value that stops changing across several polls is a practical sign the workflow has hung. A value of '65' would mean the tracked operation is 65 percent complete.
