What is cucsEquipmentChassisConfigState?
This reports whether this chassis's current configuration matches what UCS Manager has applied to it, or is still applying, failed to apply. A chassis stuck showing 'failed-to-apply' here after a firmware update or policy change is exactly the symptom that sends an admin digging into the chassis's FSM records to find which specific step did not complete. A value of 'applied' means the configuration is fully in effect on that chassis.
