What is cucsEquipmentChassisAdminState?
This is the administrator-set desired power/operational state for this specific chassis, such as powered-on or powered-off. This is the field an admin toggles to remotely power down a chassis before physical maintenance, and any mismatch between this adminState and the chassis's actual operState is what UCS Manager flags as an in-progress or stuck power transition. A value of 'in-service' would mean the chassis is administratively enabled to run normally.
