What is cucsEquipmentBreakoutCapDescr?

This is the free-text description field attached to one port breakout capability record, which describes whether a specific fabric-interconnect or switch port can be split into multiple lower-speed ports (for example one 40G QSFP port broken into four 10G ports), filled in by whoever created or last edited that specific object in UCS Manager. Since this field is optional and operator-supplied, its main operational value is as a note left for other admins -- it will be blank on most auto-created breakout capability records and only useful when someone has documented, e.g., why a particular instance was set up. An admin might set it to something like 'production rack, do not decommission' for a breakout capability record they want colleagues to leave alone.
