What is cucsEquipmentBeaconLedAdminState?
This enumerated value is the admin-requested target state for this locator LED -- essentially whether an operator has asked UCS Manager to turn this specific beacon on or off -- as distinct from the LED's actually-observed hardware state tracked in operState. An admin remotely trying to find a blade in a crowded rack sets this to on and then physically walks to the rack looking for the blinking light.
