What is cucsEquipmentBeaconCapProviderPortModeBeacon?

This true/false flag records whether this specific hardware platform supports per-port beaconing -- blinking the locator LED tied to one individual port, such as on a Fabric Interconnect or IOM, rather than only a single chassis- or blade-wide locator LED. An admin trying to physically identify a specific misbehaving port among dozens on a Fabric Interconnect needs this to be true before that granular per-port locate option will even appear as usable. On hardware limited to a single unit-level beacon LED, this reads 'false'.
