What is cucsEquipmentAdaptorDefForceUpdateVersion?

This true/false flag records whether this adapter-definition catalog entry is marked to force a firmware-version compatibility override during infrastructure firmware updates, bypassing the normal strict version match against the adapter's reported firmware. Admins care about this specifically when an infra-firmware bundle update stalls or reports an adapter as incompatible even though the hardware is supported -- this flag being true explains why UCS Manager proceeded anyway. In practice this is 'false' for the overwhelming majority of adapter models and only flips to 'true' for a handful of legacy cards Cisco explicitly whitelisted.
