What is cucsEquipmentAdaptorDefEthernetPortSpeed?

This is the Ethernet port speed, in Mbps, that this adapter card model's catalog entry says it supports. Like AdaptorConnDef, this is static catalog data (not a live reading) that tells UCS Manager what a specific adapter card model is capable of, which is what the software checks against before it lets you provision a speed or FC-uplink setting the hardware can't actually support. A catalog value of 10000 (10 Gbps) or 40000 (40 Gbps) tells UCS Manager the ceiling it should enforce when an admin tries to configure a port-speed or port-channel setting on that specific card model.
