What is cucsDiagSrvCtrlAdminState?
This is the administrative command state for this diagnostic control object - for example whether an admin has requested the diagnostic run to start, stop, or remain idle. This is the field an admin, or their automation, actually sets to kick off a diagnostic run on a server, and checking it confirms whether a start request was actually registered by UCS Manager versus silently ignored. A value of 'start' here would indicate a diagnostic run has been requested and should currently be executing, pending the OperState to confirm it is actually running.
