This 'fsmPrev' field records the name of the previous step in this server's rolled-up workflow state machine. Comparing fsmPrev to the current fsmStatus tells an admin whether this specific server's ongoing operation (say, association) is progressing normally or repeating the same step. During association, fsmPrev might show "BiosPolicy" once the workflow has already advanced past it toward the next configuration step.
