Every org can have at most one discovery policy, so unlike most rn values this one is always the same literal token rather than an admin-chosen name; scripts use it just to confirm they've landed on the discovery policy and not, say, a server pool policy hanging off the same org. Reading rn from `org-root/org-Finance/fw-disc-policy` returns the constant string `fw-disc-policy`.
