What is cucsComputeServerDiscPolicyFsmStamp?
This DateAndTime property timestamps the last transition in the discovery policy's rolled-up workflow state machine. Comparing this timestamp to the current time is how an admin tells whether the workflow is still actively progressing or has been frozen on the same stage abnormally long. If fsmStamp shows a timestamp from three days ago while fsmStatus still shows an in-progress stage, that policy's workflow has effectively hung.
