What is cucsComputeServerDiscPolicyFsmCompletionTime?

This DateAndTime property records when the workflow tracked by this ServerDiscPolicyFsm record finished, successfully or otherwise. It's the field to check to confirm a policy-change propagation job actually completed rather than merely being reported as in-progress by a stale cache. A completed run might show completionTime as `2026-08-09T14:32:07`, letting an admin confirm the change from hours ago actually finished applying.
