What is cucsComputePsuPolicyRedundancy?

This reports the actual redundancy mode the policy enforces for the power supplies feeding the associated rack or chassis, chosen from Cisco's CucsComputePsuRedundancy enumeration (values like grid, n+1, or non-redundant). It is directly consequential because it determines whether a single PSU or feed failure will cause a server to lose power or simply run on the surviving supply, so an admin monitoring this value on a production rack wants to see 'grid' or 'n+1', not 'non-redundant'. For example, a rack shipped with dual power feeds should report redundancy value 'grid', while a low-cost test rack might correctly report 'non-redundant'.
