What is cucsComputePCIeFatalProtocolStatsUpdate?

This Gauge32 is a monotonically increasing sequence number that UCS Manager bumps every time it refreshes the PCIe protocol-error stats object, independent of the actual sensor or error values themselves. An admin polling this counter can tell whether the underlying stats collector is still alive and running on schedule (the number keeps advancing) versus stuck or the management controller having stopped collecting (the number stalls at a fixed value). For example, if this value stops incrementing while timeCollected also stops advancing, that points to a stalled stats collection process rather than a genuinely quiet blade.
