What is cucsComputeMemoryConfigPolicyBlackListing?

This enumerated field records whether this memory configuration policy has DIMM blacklisting enabled, meaning UCS Manager is permitted to automatically disable a DIMM that firmware POST or runtime diagnostics flag as failing rather than let it hang a subsequent reboot. An admin cares about this specific setting because with blacklisting off, a single bad DIMM can repeatedly block a blade from completing POST until someone physically pulls it, whereas with it on the blade boots with reduced memory and logs a fault instead. A service-profile using a policy with blackListing set to enabled would let a server with one failed DIMM out of 24 still boot, just with less total RAM available.
