Module: CISCO-UNIFIED-COMPUTING-COMPUTE-MIB

OID (symbolic): CISCO-UNIFIED-COMPUTING-COMPUTE-MIB::cucsComputeMbTempStatsFmTempSenIo

OID (numeric): 1.3.6.1.4.1.9.9.719.1.9.16.1.4

Node type: OBJECT-TYPE

Type: INTEGER

Access: read-only

Description: Cisco UCS compute:MbTempStats:fmTempSenIo managed object property

What is cucsComputeMbTempStatsFmTempSenIo?

This INTEGER reports the temperature in degrees Celsius most recently measured by the front-mezzanine/IO-area temperature sensor on the blade motherboard for this live reading. Because UCS chassis fan speed is driven off exactly these per-sensor readings, an admin watching this specific sensor can tell whether cooling airflow is reaching that particular corner of the board, which a single chassis-level ambient reading would not reveal. A value around 34°C is typical at idle for this sensor; a climb toward 75°C would trigger a UCS Manager thermal fault for this exact sensor.
