What is cucsComputeMbPowerStatsHistInputVoltageAvg?

This INTEGER is the average input voltage (in millivolts) measured at the blade motherboard's power input across all the samples that make up this archived history interval. Averaging smooths out momentary noise, so an admin trusts this figure more than a single instantaneous reading when deciding whether the blade's power feed is stable over time, not just at one instant. A steady average near 12000 mV across many history records is normal; a slow downward drift across successive records would indicate an aging power supply or connector.
