What is cucsComputeExtBoardVoltage?
This reports whether the board's voltage rail sensors are reading within normal thresholds. An admin treats a threshold crossing here as a sign of a failing power component on the board itself, distinct from chassis-level power supply issues, and often a precursor to unpredictable board resets. A value of 'ok' is normal.
