What is cucsComputeExtBoardPresence?
This reports whether this extended board is physically detected as present in its slot. It is the most basic health check an admin performs after a hardware swap: if Presence does not flip to 'equipped' after inserting a replacement board, that points to a seating or connector problem before any other diagnostics matter. A value of 'equipped' is expected when properly seated, while 'missing' means it is not detected at all.
