What is cucsComputeConstraintDefPolicyLevel?
This is a numeric indicator of where in the org hierarchy this Constraint Definition was actually defined and resolved from, for example at the root org versus a nested sub-organization that owns the parent maintenance policy. An admin uses this to understand whether a hardware exclusion rule is a domain-wide default or something scoped to a specific tenant's org branch.
