What is cucsComputeChassisDiscPolicyRebalance?

This controls whether UCS Manager automatically rebalances IOM-to-fabric-interconnect server links when it discovers new or changed chassis connectivity, spreading server traffic evenly across the available uplinks rather than leaving it pinned to whichever links came up first. Admins care because leaving rebalancing off after adding IOM links can leave existing blades' traffic concentrated on the original links while the new links sit idle, defeating the purpose of the extra cabling. A typical value is 'auto', letting UCSM redistribute server-to-IOM pinning automatically after a topology change.
