Description: Cisco UCS compute:BoardController:operability managed object property

What is cucsComputeBoardControllerOperability?

This CucsEquipmentOperability-typed property reports the board controller's general operability classification, a coarser cousin of OperState that reflects UCS Manager's high-level operable/degraded/inoperable judgment for this specific board-level management chip. Because the board controller mediates functions like power sequencing on the compute node, a non-operable reading here can explain seemingly unrelated symptoms on the server, such as inconsistent power-on behavior, that don't obviously point at the board controller as the cause. An admin correlating a server's chronic power cycling issues with this object reading inoperable would know to focus a hardware ticket specifically on the board controller rather than the power supply.
