This timer is only applicable if cSpLinkType is serial. A get on this object will return a zero if cSpLinkType is not serial.
What is cSpLinkMtp2T06?
Reports the MTP2 remote congestion timer value for an SS7 signaling link, used to track how long remote link congestion is monitored before action is taken; applicable only when the link type is serial, returning zero for other link types.
