Description: The number of TCP and UDP connections created since SLB was configured. TCP connections are created after seeing a SYN for a connection. UDP connections are created based on the source and destination and are removed based on a timer.
What is slbStatsCreatedConnections?
This counter tracks the total number of TCP and UDP connections that have been created since Server Load Balancing was configured on the system. TCP connections are counted when the initial SYN packet is seen, while UDP connections are counted based on source/destination pairs. A network operator would monitor this to understand connection load patterns and detect traffic anomalies in the load-balanced services.
