Description: This object contains the process ID. cpmTimeCreated should be checked against the last time it was polled, and if it has changed the PID has been reused and the entire entry should be polled again.

What is cpmProcessPID?

Reports the process ID of a monitored process; because PIDs can be reused, the associated creation timestamp should be checked to confirm the entry still refers to the same process.
