This object reports the configured transmit quality level for a specific T4-table candidate source's interface, the T4-selection equivalent of cnsInpSrcQualityLevelTxCfg. It matters in the same bidirectional-interface scenarios where this device both derives potential timing from, and sends QL advertisements to, the same neighbor on a link used for T4 candidate selection. Misconfiguring this on a shared link could mislead a neighboring device about the trustworthiness of timing available through this device's T4 distribution path.
