What is cnsT4ClkSrcQualityLevelTx?
This object reports the most recently actually-transmitted quality level for a specific T4-table candidate source's interface, letting an admin verify that a configured transmit QL is actually being sent, the T4-selection analog of cnsInpSrcQualityLevelTx. A mismatch between the configured and actually-transmitted values here on a T4 candidate's link would flag an ESMC or SSM signaling problem specific to that interface, separate from any issue with the T0 input path.
