Description: Total number of initial Registration Requests discarded by the foreign agent.

The reasons for which FA discards a request include:

1. ip mobile foreign-service is not enabled on the interface on which the request is received.

2. NAI length exceeds the length of the packet.

3. There are no active COAs.

What is cmiFaInitRegRequestsDiscarded?

Counts the total number of initial Registration Requests the foreign agent has discarded, for example because foreign-service was not enabled on the receiving interface or the NAI exceeded its allowed length.
