What is sonetPathCurrent15minSESsThreshold?
This is the writable 15-minute alarm threshold for Severely Errored Seconds, defaulting to 3, applied against the current SESs counter. A default this low (just 3 severely errored seconds out of 900) reflects how much more serious an SES is than a plain ES -- an admin would rarely raise this threshold much, since even a handful of severe errors in a quarter-hour usually indicates a real fault rather than background noise. A current 15-minute SESs count of 4 would already exceed this default threshold of 3, triggering an alarm well before the interval's other counters (like ESs) necessarily look alarming.
