What is cwSonetPathCurrentValidFlag?
This enumerated value indicates whether the current 15-minute Path-layer statistics bucket contains valid accumulated data yet, reading notValid if the interval hasn't run long enough. An admin cares because pulling cwSonetPathCurrentESs/SESs/CVs while this reads notValid means those Path-layer counts are an incomplete partial sample, not yet ready for threshold comparison. For example, checking Path-layer counters right after a path was reconfigured would show notValid here until a full 15 minutes of data has accumulated.
