What is cwSonetFarEndLineIntervalValidFlag?
This enumerated value indicates whether the historical Far-End Line-layer bucket for a given interval number holds valid stored data, reading notValid for intervals further back than the device has been running. An admin cares because pulling far-end ES/SES/CV/FC/UAS for an interval flagged notValid returns meaningless numbers, so this must be checked before trusting any specific past far-end interval's data. For example, an interval slot near 90 on a link that's only been up 6 hours would read notValid since that far back was never actually collected.
