This is the same fixed line-index placeholder as the near-end version, always reading 1 because the BNM this table describes has only one physical line, now scoped to the far-end current-interval table. It carries no measurement value by itself; its only purpose is to keep the far-end current table structurally consistent with tables on multi-line cards elsewhere in the product line. Regardless of which far-end current-interval row is polled, this object will report 1.
